I understand that Taekwon-do is a physically exerting self-defense combat martial art, and hereby declare that I have been certified by a doctor, that I am medically fit to undertake this type of exercise. By participating in Taekwondo training and related activities at TKDSA, I acknowledge that I, my children, or anyone I am responsible for, a guardian for, or anyone I am allowing to or signing up to participate in any class or activity, do so at our own risk. I fully understand and agree that the company, ( (ACE TKD HQ (PTY) Ltd ) its instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, or loss of life that may result from such participation. I also agree to share my personal information with ACE TaeKwon-Do Centre for the purpose of membership enrolment. From time to time, our organization takes photos and videos in which the students may be included.
