Amongst the many befits of exercise, the most obvious ones are improved memory and brain function (for all ages) improved mood, clearer thinking, Improved quality of sleep, better weight management and a reduction in stress. It can also reduce anxiety, increase your elf esteem, and improve your relationships and can help with positive mind set shifts.

Research shows that people wo exercise regularly, have better mental health and emotional well-being and lower rates of mental illness such as anxiety and depression. The best way to start managing this on your own, without medication, is to exercise. You can start slowly and ease into it.
